Exterior Repaint
Full wash, scrape, sand, prime and two finish coats on wood, fibre cement, stucco and brick.

The coats are the short part
An exterior repaint is mostly preparation. We wash the house, scrape everything that has lost its bond, feather-sand the edges so the transitions do not telegraph through the new film, cut out failed caulk joints and re-run them, and spot-prime every bare surface before a finish coat goes anywhere near it.
Then two coats, in the window
Finish coats go on between late April and mid-October, when surface temperature holds above roughly 50°F long enough for the film to coalesce. We will not sell you an exterior in November.
